All sales are final. Because each piece is unique and authentically sourced, Lost Patina Mercantile does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

Defects
If you receive an item you believe is defective, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery confirmation and include clear photos so we can review the issue and assist. We stand behind the quality of every piece we carry and will do our best to make it right.
Sizing & Fit
We cannot offer returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit issues. Ring sizes and bracelet measurements are listed on every product page — please check carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, reach out before you order and we are happy to help.
Natural Stone Variation
Turquoise and other natural stones vary in color, matrix, and pattern from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the character, history, and beauty of the stone — they are what make each piece one of a kind. Natural variation is not considered a defect and is not grounds for return.
What you see in product photos is representative of the piece you will receive. We try to photograph every item individually to give you the most accurate representation possible.
Repairs
Lost Patina Mercantile is not responsible for items damaged after purchase.
Wear & Care
Jewelry should be handled with care. To protect your piece:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
Normal wear, bending, stone damage, or accidental impact are not considered defects. Proper care significantly extends the life and beauty of your piece.
Warranty
No warranty is provided on items purchased from Lost Patina Mercantile.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded. Unauthorized returns will be declined at delivery and returned to sender.
